1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PepMaxx ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PepMaxx is a mobile application that provides:

Dose tracking and logging functionality
Reconstitution calculators
Educational content about peptides
An AI assistant for educational questions
A peptide reference library

Educational Purpose Only: All information provided in PepMaxx is for educational and research purposes only. The App does not recommend, endorse, or promote the use of any substances.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PepMaxx. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate information when creating an account
Keep your account credentials secure
Not share your account with others
Consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Medical Disclaimer

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The information in PepMaxx is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Peptides discussed in this App are research chemicals. They are not FDA-approved for human use. We make no claims about their safety, efficacy, or legality for any purpose.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

PepMaxx offers subscription plans with different pricing tiers. Current pricing is displayed in the App and may change.

6.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. You will not be charged during the free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

6.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

6.4 Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.6 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in PepMaxx, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PepMaxx or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App (logs, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your data as needed to provide the service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer the App
Interfere with the App's functionality
Use the App to promote illegal substances
Share medical advice based on App content
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Information in the App is complete or accurate
The App will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPMAXX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Personal injury or health issues
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Any damages arising from your use of the App

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepMaxx and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
