GHK-Cu

A peptide with a copper atom. Your body already makes the peptide part. Research only. Not a protocol.

Simple words

GHK is three amino acids: glycine, histidine, lysine. Cu is copper. The three-bead chain grabs one copper atom. Loren Pickart found this in human plasma in the 1970s. Young blood had more of it than old blood. That is why skin people care.

What it is

A copper-binding peptide. Vials are often 50 mg, bigger than a 10 mg BPC vial, because the usual labeled amount is higher. Same molecule in “skin / hair” and in repair blends.

What researchers studied

Pickart and later labs looked at skin remodeling, collagen talk, and gene-expression changes in skin cells. Wound and cosmetic papers exist. Effects, if any, are slow. It is not overnight tightness.

Human cosmetic studies are smaller and messier than a semaglutide trial. Treat big claims as ads until you open the paper.

Papers

What this is not
