Simple words
Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly. Four beads. Khavinson’s group tied it to the pineal gland and to telomerase — the enzyme that can lengthen the caps on chromosomes. Shops sell that as “anti-aging.”
What researchers studied
Mostly one research school in Russia: cell papers, some animal lifespan language, some small human biomarker papers. Western replication at the scale of a GLP-1 program is not there. Telomere numbers in a dish are not a longer, healthier human life.
